So, today's thought is about brokenness. God reminded me about what I've been through in my life, good or bad whatsoever. From my life I know that it is important to be broken before the Lord.
Brokenness is a time whereby you just couldn't do anything, in front, back, your left and right are just wall and there's seems to be no way. Brokenness is a time when you are deeply miserable with your life that even your closest friend or family couldn't help much. Brokenness, its a time when you keep crying and feel like giving up.
Most importantly, draws back to God, give your shattered heart. Every pieces of those, and let Him fix and glue it for you. It means, brokenness will leads you into a life that dependent on God alone. That what is all about. But it doesn't mean He want to let you suffer for too long. He's looking for your character, not your comfort. In the end you'll come forth as gold. He promised us to be more than conqueror.
Be broken before the Lord is important, but another thing that is as important is to choose to surrender and dependent on God. I've through some storms in life. The most victorious feeling is when I get through it with Jesus. Simple, trust in His character more than I want the breakthrough. So, keep on keeping on! Keep leaning on Him! =)
